Try phoning customer services,

Ford ONE CALL: 020 3564 4444

You can select in advance the option you require from the list below:

Options include:-
1 - Ford Roadside Assistance
2 - Ford Accident Management

4 - Ford Technical Information
5 - Ford Credit, Ford Lease and Ford Insure

In the past I have found ford customer care next to useless at best. I have had better results by telling the salesperson that you want to talk to the dealer principal. I see your from southend, so assume you have a problem with Essex auto group and the person you need to speak to is philip maskell.

ford customer care line do make the dealers sort there issues out if a GENUINE problem,,,, though usually its just a rant because the issues are something that cant be dealt with like back orders due to a high about of thefts of cats ect,,, they speak to use staff as if they are the fucking old bill though with the questions,,,,, its like being in court at times
