As above its onle for the first few seconds of start up, water flow is good to header tank and not bubbling, no air in system so im thinking maybe something to do with air con? Any suggestions?

Used to get this in my old civic. It was like it for years as it never seemed to cause any problems. Heater worked fine and no leaks etc.

It was an old car so I wasn't really bothered lol


EDIT: it did have aircon too like your fiesta so maybe it was that.

Sounds like there's air in your coolant system. It's obviously bubbling at your heater matrix

Na its properly the water going into the matrix. Shity Puntos used to do it all the time.
