Just for information; my mother 87 yrs old,travels to and from Aus on her own, uses internet and e-mails text and internet banking every day along with power information online uses facebook also BUT still won't drive here (she does in Aus) because of the awfull driving habits here!!!!!!!!! AND I Agree 
she still wouldn't use internet to tax a vehicle not safe !!!!
