So a few weeks ago I was changing the wheels on my mondy st and I used the jack in the boot which im pretty sure had never been used before as no scratches marks etc and retaining foam etc was still there plus its an 07 42k car so anyway whilst jacking the car up got the wheel about 2" of the floor and the jack gave way whilst still jacking it up my go im glad I wernt under there or the wheel wasn't unbolted yet just goes to show how dangerous these are there was no resistance etc it was jacking up nice and smooth and then bang to the floor I saw this just now which I thought was overkill for such a small car but perhaps its happened to him before
