Default 1.4 tdci fiesta van lost all electrics?

Moved this van out of the workshop today. When i got back in to start it up an hour later something strange happened. I turned the key and all the dash lights came on as normal. When i went to start the engine everything died. Not even an interior light would come on. Strangley after a minute the dash clock came back on but after turning the key again the whole lot died as before.

Any ideas anyone? Im baffled

When a battery drops below a safe voltage it won't allow anything to work other than the low current items i.e clock, alarm led,

Test battery voltage is above 12.4, if so Carry out volt drop test between battery posts and terminals and then body earth , Should find your problem somewhere in there
