wondering if anyone can help?

i own a sierra 4x4 cosworth. it has an L8 ecu with mtrsport developments 400+ chip installed with closed loop and launch control, i'm using new loom which replaced the old standard loom which was in poor shape, car has the siemems 55 injectors in it.

ok when i try to start the car it won't start, when it eventually starts its misfiring, i have checked all wiring and all is fine.
removed the plugs and cranked car over and fuel only coming out of cylinder 2 only.
another thing is when i turn igintion on but not to start i hear clicking in engine bay checked this out and the ht leads are giving a spark.

could my pectel board be damaged?
where can i get a new pectel board from?
