Anyone know where to get the Sierra bases for these?? I bought some off eBay very cheapish but the bases are for a mkIV golf....



BTW.... I got powered ones for less than the standard ones

Not seen any pal but I have herd of people modding existing bases. Sorry I can't be more help

im guessing you will want mk1 sierra bases as mk2's are slightly different.

I have a set of saph mirrors that can be modded for the bases if need be - i got Twins off here to mod mine.

Also, have lots of family going to and from heathrow to BC alot so can even send the mirrors with them - funnily enough my cousins just returned from there lol

Yes I have.... Emailed them 3 times over the last week and a half.... No reply... That's why I'm trying to get someone to phone em

 

I've looked again at that link, it says item in stock, so they'll be there for you. If they aint there they are pretty good at getting in touch to sort out an alternative, so just go for it and order those.

I looked at sierra bases in the link I put up here and it said in stock, what else do you want? You could have phoned yourself? If you couldn't afford the call, then how are you going to afford to get the parts shipped out to you?

 

All I see when I check the site in "Universal cut to fit".... that's not what I am Looking for

I only have a cell and overseas long distance calls are outrageous.... + I don't wanna sit on hold at those rates...

I figured someone might be decent enough to make a call for Me.... easy-peasy... but

as long as i have another set of spares you can have them for free mate.

I will check with my family to see when they are travelling to Vancouver next - maybe a couple of months as they have just come back.

If you are in a rush for them i can package them and post them over - however you will have to pay the postage.

 

edit to add these will be saf mirrors not 3dr ones

 

have just called halfords and demon tweeks and they do not have Sierra bases available

You will need to get original sierra mirrors and modify the bases by cutting the mirror section off and smoothing it over so its flat - then you attach the dtm mirror to that.
