Default Spring rates

What are people's thoughts on poundage rates on springs for a focus RS mk1? I've got H&R coil overs fitted and will mainly be using the car on track with a very very occasional use on the road. It's fully stripped out and caged
Thanks in advance

Depends on tyres, damping, camber (both dynamic and static) and most importantly of all driver 450/550 sounds like a good starting point though. Just make sure your within the dampers tolerances
