escort xr3i MFI cab
hi all my escort xr3i MFI cab has failed the mot on CO emissions. its got a stage 3 head and kent fast road cam, this was done last year at power engineering. this is the first mot since that. CO limit is 3.5 and mine is 4.6 so can this be adjusted on the fuel mixture screw ontop of the airbox?? or maybe some of the emissions treatment they sell. bit pricy but they say it does work? i have just acquired a CO tester like at the garage which i have for the next couple of weeks. so anyhelp would be great!

You can lean it out for the test then reset but I wouldn't expect it to be sent out like that
My 40's won't pass an mot so they need winding back 1 turn for the test
