Dragged the mig welder out was spiting and snatching the wire turned out the wire feed sleeve was screwed, got a quote for £25 for a new sleeve, I removed the old sleeve and noticed it looked alot like net curtain wire. So I bought a 3m length for 60p from wilkos, works wonders heres a side by side pic of the cables old being black new being white
