lol mi9ne aint either mate just happened to run 13.1 which is why i think on some proper tyres it should drop into the 12s and touch more boost to push the car futher in to the late 12s theres vids of it on youtube

Mine was a VR6 with a few mods (205hp on a DD rollers), 14.1 @ 100 best time.
More of a track day car than 1/4 mile with 3° negative camber.
Wouldn't say I'm a pro at launching but it really makes all the difference doesn't it?

That's the boy!
Dean - proper old skool story! The car had big power CVH, jacked up rear etc... and went to York where it ran several mid 13s. Then a jet car ran, this RST ran straight after and the time came back as an 11.9...@110mph. The car never got near the time again, and much argument was had over whether it was a timing error or not - which it clearly was.

didn't bother with it mate as was just a test and wasn't rite still , it was .1 or .3 or .9 I think but not 100% so don't really matter
I no it did 13.0 @115 with passenger and last run was a 12.7 @115 cos it over boosted and cut the power

yup pretty much all on the launch that makes it as long as you change gears clean and fast.. its all about getting it off the line as quick as you can.. all i did was rev it up and dump the clutch and hoped for the best lol must have worked because every run was 13s lol the last run got 13.1 and then gave it a rest and went home lol
