I am a hgv fitter /driver and today a customer asked me for a method statement and risk assment is there a basic layout I can use thanks

Its not that easy mate you need to know how to write the documents in the first place, the best place for info is HSE website!

Are you working for someone? Guy in charge should do the rams for the job.

I self employed and go on customers sites got a health saftey bloke from one of my customers on the case
