Default Peugeot/Citreon Techs, easy question

Cut a long story short, I turned the 206 1.1 engine over by hand and one of the liners popped up with the piston an inch or so but I managed to push it back down.

Now my question is do I need to replace the liner seal now ?

cheers

impossible to tell realy without firing it up to check it
i've seen them go both ways, sometimes you get away with it and sometimes not
just depends how lucky you are, but it is possible its disturbed the seal

only need to worry if the antifreeze around the liners drops when it lifted as it will go straight into the sump
