Depends what lump it is, what else you wanted to do to it and what you would like to gain/achieve? Cams are fine, but won't gain much without other mods to make better use of them.

I've got the 1.7 lump what dya rekons best to do with it? Baring in mind it's in a mk1 fiesta

id say do it mate will give better performance and in a mk1 fiesta will make lots of difference
