Was crap tonight. The first bit and last bit was ok. The taxi race and BBC centre, what was all that about!? Utter junk! More proper car stuff please.

missed the last bit as my recorder didn't get it all because of the late running tennis. what's that about? i thought they're meant to pick up on a code for the programme not just work based on time?

I find that clarkson contradicts himself all the time and every car he drives is the fastest thing ever around the track bluh bluh bluh. However I'm 16 so find it entertaining haha

I still like watching it....thing is you have to remember it is not really made for the 'petrol purists' but for the common public who don't really know too much about cars, so seeing a Ferrari flying around and getting air etc will appeal to the masses, which at the end of the day keeps the show going and being as successful as it has for many years.
I know people who have 0 interest in cars yet still watch it due to the comedy, humour and the fact they explain some car things in simple terms unlike shows like 5th gear which is heavily aimed to the petrol heads.

I was going to switch it off after that stupid race they had, then seen they where doing a year late review of the f12 and switched it over as soon as i seen that. Its really really shit. The only one I'm really going to watch is the review of the gt3 witch they probably wont do and p1.

Watched the repeat tonight, wasn't a bad episode, nothing brilliant about it, Hammond really gets on my nerves now, so predictable and desperately trying to be funny just annoys me.

Anyone know which 2.3 engine powers the mono, the only 2.3 Ford put in a galaxy was the I4 I've had a look online but can't find any reference, any ideas?

The I4 is the ford duratec engine out the fiesta mk6 st mondeo mk3 and focus mk2's it's same engine as caterham r500 aswell! Comes in 1.8 2.0 2.3 and 2.5 I believe?

the I4 i was talking about specifically was the one fitted to the rs2000 in 2.0 form and also fitted to the galaxy, scorpio etc in 2.3, possibly this engine as mountune had 280bhp out of the 2.0 rs2000 F2 cars
