hello all.i am new to the site but by no means an rs novice.i have just bought my 10th s2 rs and i am having a crazy thought about putting air conditioning in it.have any of you got any hints and tips for me to point me in the right direction?i am breaking the car right down for a bare metal respray so this could be an ideal time to do it!

 

find a car that has a similar engine instalation and get the pump sorting out first

once you've got that the rads a the rest of the plumbing will be easy enough

your only issue then will be getting the evaporator in the cirrect position to get the conditioned air into the cabin

use the granada/sierra air con main box as a starting pint as they have differently shaped bulkheads to accomodate this
