Default Radio request code every time

any idea? i have a mk 2.5 focus. The radio is a 6000 cd and the last month it requests the code every time the engine stops. I put the code and i see that the channels are memorized. Any idea?

Where is this fuse located. I already checked the fuses in engine compartment and they look OK. Is it in the radio or in the the other fuse box under the steering wheel?

thank you guys, it is making me mad and the ford dealer here in Albania doesnt have any idea of it.

If not follow the perm live back a bit, might have an inline fuse on the wire
