Default Are old ford magazines worth selling?

I've a large collection of ford mags still at my parents house and they want them moving. They start from around 96/97 up to the present day. There not complete years as I used to give them away to lads at collage and work ect.theres

Fast ford(including cosworth editions)
Performance ford
Ford heritage
Classic ford
Retro ford
Are they worth anything?it would be a shame to take them all to the tip.

You do see them on eGay, but whether they really sell or not is something else.
I guess if someone needs the odd one for a collection etc.

I was looking on eBay a lot don't seam to sell ,might just put them on as a job lot collection only and see what happens. I will have to make a list of them all and see what's there. There's some dealer posters there, cosworth manuals, ford show room mat and some framed prints of escort mk2 rally cars I got for Christmas one year.

I very very much doubt it. You may sell the odd one, if it has someone's car featured in it

I've looked on eBay and even early 90s ones don't sell, looks like there off to be recycled. Might start a post on here and the RSoc forum to see if any one is missing a copy or wants one which there car was in?

24 of them were thats the ones my car was featured in . I do tend to agree though if your car or a friends car is not featured what new things do you actually learn. With PF going under I will now only buy the ones that feature my car. I will be buying one very soon but thats secret squirel.

Don't think there worth anything! I flung years worth away recently and only kept the few that were of interest!

Good luck if you try and sell

I gave all mine away to a chap off here who lived locally. Can't harm to list them on ebay and see what they fetch but wouldn't hold out for a big sum.

I used to always buy the mags, look forward to it, but forums grew and you tended to have seen the cars already and you can go and look at 100x the sort of cars you like than just a couple. Made buying the mags less important.

The only things i did like was stuff where they bought a couple of motors and then pitted them again each other, the one I remember most was the S1 and the grey S2 .

I'm after a mag, think performance ford.

Front cover said 'Cool Box' with an imperial blue mk6 escort Cabrio with soupped up ice system.

Think it was around 2000/2001. Anyone got it?

Magazine exchange will let you donate them or sell them to them, dont expect mnuch but they will do it, been after a few ford mags recently as I'm trying to complete my collection (like january 2001 of fast ford), seem to bmissing a few from 2007 of fast ford too for some reason.
