bought a new alpine head unit cd mp3 player

but it keeps shutting down when the radio is loud or
song has loads of bass in it

i wired it up through the old ford loom but
cars got good quality after markets speakers in it
infinity and shark kevlar rears
its got 60 w per channel is this to much for the
old ford loom ????
if i fit fresh new good quality audio wire will it stop
this problem dont want to rewire the whole car if
the problems still gonna be there

as dave says mate

its trying to draw more power than ur 12v feed can give, hence a cable straight to the battery is needed

(via the surpressor ofcoz!)
