Default Upgraded fan loom

I have fitted an msd uprated loom to my fans and I have ran car up to temperature and they cut in fine, however after a while of running they blew the 15 amp fuses in the relays, I have span the motors by hand and they appear to turn freely so am at a total loss what could cause this as its something that needs to be ok as can be expensive if it fails when out, The fans sound ok while running but just seem marginal on the 15amp fuse. Any advice appreciated.

I assume you have one relay and fuse per fan? If so something is very wrong as that rating is ample.

I have swapped fuses for 20 amp as that's max allowed according to instructions and they have cut in and out over a dozen times without issue, so maybe they are worn and drawing more current than they should. Looks like I might look into some uprated fans to completely solve the problem.
