Default Focus brake problem

I've got a mk1 focus with a brake problem, the pedal is soft and if u really press it hard it locks one wheel up, do they just need bleading or is it a servo fault ?

could be a number of things to be honest, prob requires a full check over of the braking system, also when was the brake fluid last renewed?
