mr duckworth and mr costin formed a company name with half of their surnames - simplae as that!

This was something that was often done in the 60's/70's, using parts of the founders/owners names to form the actual company name......

Rich, I'm sure in the motorsport /fast road car world there are/were many firms that used parts of founders names..........

Cant recall many at the moment......only ones for now are:
Gartrac (offspring Gary/Tracey)
Jondel race engines (founders John/Derek)
Ilmor race engines (founders Mario Illien/Paul Morgan)

........Think of anymore ????????
