Default Taking a copy of a dash

Quick Question, Does anyone know a better way of making a copy of a dash? Other than making a fibreglass mold over it? cheers

build a box around it and tip silicone in to it a bit like hoe the police used plaster to take a mold of a foot print but the fibreglass mold will be better
