Hi there can some one please tell me what the difference is (if any) with the two zetec se engines...... 1NG1 and FYJA

They are both 1.6 black tops

Why do you want to know?.If you are swapping a blown engine then swap it like for like.
Mine was a FYJA so when it blew up I just got another FYJA zetec se.
