the only reason i am going 4x4 is my brother was breaking one so all the parts are there to use , and yea my brothers 2wd cossie is around 330ish bhp and tbh its nuts it just trys to kill you all the time lol or maybe its cos he likes going side ways all the time lol , and it would be do you not get people saying o look someones cut the roof off a sierra lol
the 4x4 was standard sold it to a guy last year at ford fair.

2wd and 4x4 props are completely differant i'm afraid
the way it connects to the box(2wd=slip joint, 4x4=bolt onto rubber donut)
think the length is a little differant as well but not 100%
but either way you'll need a differant prop

the reason i ask about your 4x4 p100 is you got me thinking when you said about the gearbox lol so i maybe get away with that power (380-400) as i am not a hard driver and it will not be driven all the time , and the bigger .63 seems to help , so only time will tell once its done lol

its not the power that kills the box's its torque
so it can be mapped to give a little torque away to keep the box a little bit healtier
where do you live? i use a place in bonnybridge near falkirk to make/mod propshafts
had a few done now, reasonably priced, any bother i'm sure they could sort you out

i seen some of his work seems to be really good .
