Default Does this swage line look right? Asap answers please

Hi all, just going to weld my outer sill on today, and wondered does this look right? It will be cut out and welded in, so the line will be sat back, but does it look right? Opinions please, as I will cut it out in an hour!

It looks fine to me, just opinions would put my mind at ease, as I would hate to fuck it up after all the hard work.

Looks good to me.
A job I need to do to my own sierra if I'm honest.
So your now going to cut the rotten bit around the shape of the new part with a 1mm disc, then tack it up in place then seam weld it all around?
Asking as I'm interested not as a criticism!!!!
Be great to see it done.

Sorry,re read above and it makes no sense!!!
Have you already cut the rot out so now just fitting the full sill over it or is this a trial fit, then you mark around it,cut out the old sill with a 1mm disc then weld that in to the gap left?

This is what I did, and what I'm going to do again. Works perfectly

All praise to Dingla for the method

All non original panels will be a pretty crap fit and quality. There's just no way around that. it's either use them or fabricate your own really....and it's a damn sight easier to use them lol
