i tried the set top box steps as jim stated, they spouted some shite about an I.T failure and it not being available until april 4th for broadband set top box customers.

Is it really capped? 
It doesnt say anything on the site about it being capped
I am on 1.5 at the minute but want 3, but it is a bit shit if it is capped to 3gig a day

I usually leave mine downloading 24 hours a day though at full speed

the service jim has just down graded himself too is capped to 3gig a month
ive done 1gb in the last 24 hours
if thats the case i'm not havin any of it!

jaysus, I'm glad I read this post, I was about to downgrade to bronze until I can get the 2mb speed. 3Gb a month!!! I'd blow that in a couple of days.
