all hotmail, yahoo etc will be banned not individuals as they are regularly used for malicious and fraud purposes as they are untraceable, I think with the fraud issues that have gone around the car forums it is a wise move (RSOC has already been hit by fraud and a few members got stung) just use the email that comes from your isp then you shouldnt have a problem.
