Hello everyone, i recently bought a mk5 fez zetec-s, and since owning it, iv been looking for little touches and details here and there, that will make it look a bit nicer.
I was just wondering,
*Can you get anodized wheel nuts for a mk5 fiesta zetec-s ?
i know this is a Clio...but this is what i am looking for.![Grin](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Thanks for the reply
I'l check them out now.
Probably not them exact ones that im after, but i think some blue ones would look nice on standard zetec-s rims.
Dont want it to look like its been through Halfords clearance section, backwards. lol

Can you get anodized wheel nuts? Anodizing is usually a finishing treatment carried out on aluminium but i wouldn't have thought aluminium would be a very good material for wheel nuts due to its tendency to strip threads easily.

Depends if it's made from shit ally, we put 150nm and 170nm on an m10 bolt into a thread tapped into ally and 30nm through numerous m6 threads on the same piece. All depends on the quality. But even Chinese ally should take 90-100nm on an m14 or m12 all day long

Lots of pricks do fit alloy wheel nuts to their cars. Any Ive seen either seize on, come apart, or just generally fuck up.
I would never use an alloy wheel nut on a car where I wanted the wheels to remain safe. Each to their own though
