STs were diamond or frozen. Had my s1 done frozen years ago, difference was like piss vs snow. Ice white I've never heard of. Vaux did glacier white which was popular at one time and more recently artic white.

Best advice is to take it to a proper paint shop, have it scanned matched and mixed. Rattle cans are far too vague

Ice White is what the new Kuga has I believe. It is a pearl paint with a tint to it, so looks like a dirty white in some lights, blue tint in others. Very nice when clean and in the direct sunlight.

Frozen White is a sharper white than Diamond White and is a simple colour with a lacquer coat.

Bear in mind that if the car has been recently sprayed, it could be 1 of about 16 common shades of Diamond White, add the lacquer coat to it (if using waterbased paints) and it would look completely different to the original colouring from 20 years ago and be somewhere around the colour you are saying.
