alright people Right the car is a mk3 ford fiesta 1.1 and she has been stood for a while shes got a new starter motor, new exhaust and second hand battery.
She was running fine before she was stood the problem is when I turn the key I get all lights on the dash like I should and when I go to turn it that last time there's Nothing at all not a blip. now this tells me it might be the immobilizer and if that's the case i don't have the red master key to reset it and cant afford a replacement this side of Christmas is there anyway of removal or bypass thanks for reading

with a brand new starter and a fully charged battery you should at least get something, not many mk3s had a alarm fitted so it could be a dud relay somewhere best advice is to get a mobile sparks to come and give it the once over

Make sure all leads have been connected to the battery and starter and are tight. The immobiliser is the red light under the clock which should flash with ign off. When you turn ign on, the light should come on solid and go out after 10 seconds or so. If it flashes when you turn the ignition on then you've got a problem.
