trouble with insurance and 3rd party
i was in the petrol station nearly 3 weeks ago now and sum1 drove
across in front of my s2,i was in the car at the time but had just
stopped to let another car out and the bloke in the van didnt look in his mirror b4 pulling away,scraped the wing moulding,dented the wing so
really needs a new one,broke the lense off the indicator and ripped the
bumper off aswell
we swapped details but only names and addresses and mobile numbers
i work for an accident repair bodyshop so we only do insurance work
so i got 1 of the estimators to get an estimate for me and then he sorted
out a claim for me with a non fault insurance company that work use,they
do all the work by ringing up the 3rd party and all that and i dont hav to go through my insurance,the trouble is they cant get hold of the other bloke now,hes ignoring their calls or sum1 else answers the phone
like i said its been nearly 3 weeks now and im starting to get pissed off cause im getting another car soon and want 2 strip mine to go into the other car and just want it all sorted,a couple of my mates hav suggested ringing the police and explaining whats happened and see if they will do anything or should i just leave it to the insurance company
