Can someone help, I've got a mk3 which was a 1.3 and a fiesta rs turbo engine, box.
Has anyone done this, just wondering what problems I'm gonna find,
I've found one already, back mount fits, side looks like it will, but it looks like the alternator is hitting the cross member and the front gearbox mount is no we're near???
Any help would be great

 

there shouldnt be any problems fella as the mk3 was a cvh turbo anyway.theres plenty of topics on here about it plus pop over to fiestaturbo.com as its been covered many many times .if ya need some parts im stripping the fiesta in my signature.its an xr2i with a turbo engine and loads of goodies.where in essex are ya?

I've swapped the alternator bracket but I'm having issues with he front passenger side mount?

 

should be different to. get a mk3 one.

 

I've got a mk3 one but there doesn't look to be a place to bolt it onto the gear box?

 

Gearbox came with engine and looks like its the cradle type?

 

ow sorry i thought you mean engine mount. But the gb mount is different indeed. I just used a mk3 gearbox so i never had to change the mount. But a mk4 box or fez box doesnt just fit in the mk3 engine bay. You need to do something with the mount or gb. What it was i dont know. But there is plenty of info about it on this site.
