A quick question on the YB dizzy.
Should there be a cover that goes on, Before the cap goes on top?

My caps always seem a little loose and was wondering if this was why (as i dont have one).

yes, but i dont know if it holds the cap any tighter? i did have a spare somewhere but it could be anywhere since i moved house. will have a quick look round in the morning and text you if i find it.

Wish you told me, I had my spares box out before and had a cossie dizzy with cap. I 'll double check mine has the cover tomorrow and let you know mate.

just changed the cap and arm and checked the phase sensor on mine to try and erradicate the misfire, and noticed there was no cover, don't think i've ever had one on.
