Wheel refurbishment Diamond Cut

Can anyone please recommend or point me in the right direction for Diamond Cut wheel refurb.

In southall a small place next to visa office can paint any colour you wanting. They are wicked man. Bit expensive, 20 quid a wheel, don't no if they do cutting diamonds
