Soggy escort!
Just popped down my parents, where I'm storing my escort, to find it's had a bit of a leak. I've managed to air it out and dry the carpets but the sound deadening is soaking. Any tips for drying it out or is it going to be an interior out job?
Thanks

Also, invest in some of those moisture remover buckets, they are filled with little moisture absorbant crystals that will suck any moisture from the air, and from the vehicle itself. They don't cost too much, and can be bought from various DIY stores.

i'd take the seats and carpet out and let it dry, the underlay will be dogey and take months to dry out
best to put the rear wheels on something so any water that gets to the car ont settle in the battery tray and fusebox with it being tipped forward
