Default Clutch advice/help please

Right I'm stumped.

I fitted a clutch to someone's 4x4 saff.

Spec - greys and t34 turbosystem mapped.

It was slipping, had a AP organic which was new with iirc AP cover plate.
The reason it slipped was the flywheel face was distorted so was only gripping on 50% of clutch face.

Fitted an AP 6 paddle spinner. Re used cover plate as was like new. Got flywheel face machined. And now it's still slipping. No oil contamination. Any ideas?

Cheers

Maybe a worn cable not releasing the clutch fully? Might be melted behind the turbo?

Can't recall anything being wrong with the cover plate. And clutch cable seems fine. I'm just goo g to have to remove it and have a look.

My money is on the cover too. It may look fine but it sounds like its not clamping enough.

Sounds like the cover has warped due to the slipping and flywheel distortion.
