Jack and the Beanstalk

Hi to all,

I'm looking for an identification Guru who knows how to read and identify the vehicle identification plate with all related id codes as well as identify part numbers.

I'm puting a database together for my sapph and need all legitamate info that can help me identify the history of the vehicle.

Can anybody help?
