Default Clutch dragging!!!! please help!!!! not long till Fordfair :(

Got myself one of these clutches for my RS fiesta, not from this company, but the same clutch:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FORD-ESCOR...#ht_1182wt_903

And have done about 1000 miles in it since fitting it i have had to fit Vibratechnic mounts as it very sharp biting point, but i drove to work the other day and the car started getting hard to get in gear as i was driving it, to the point where when i got to work i had no gears!!!

I left the car there till the end of the day and all was good again till i got home and the same thing happened (its a 11 mile journey each way)

Now my biting point is really low and even to the point where the car was slightly moving with my clutch peddle fully depressed

SO.......

Read up on this conversion, purchased the parts and a new clutch cable today:

http://www.fiestaturbo.com/forums/vi...c.php?t=127412

Got it 90% done today but the quadrant looks fine? got to whip the bracket back out anyway as i wasnt told you had to grind the bracket down like in this thread:

https://passionford.com/forum/ford-f...ion-probs.html

Does anyone have any other suggestions on what could be the cause so i can check before i take it out tomorrow?, its a freshly built LSD box fitted at the sametime as the clutch, but the kit comes with a standard clutch release bearing though, (Clutch fork is nice and loose though) could that cause a issue?, sorry about the long winded and linked thread.... but im sweating now as the cars gotta be at Fordfair

As always, many thanks for your time gents

Skyline changed the pedal quadrant yes?

When I had a similar issue with my 3 door it was the actual pedal box that had actually split which we only discovered after changing the clutch
