i will be going up with my local club south wales fords, will be in my red s2 with white revolution wheels, first time for me to go so hope its a good one as 3 and half hour trip there for me

All our cars were ready but then my brothers fiesta turbo snapped the Cambelt Friday night :-( we got the head off yesterday morning and pistons 1 2 and 4 have hit the valves. The heads currently being inspected for damage and should hopefuly have it back early in the week so it should be all back together for the weekend
now will be running 2.1 Zetec turbo instead of zvh

Thats me just got my Gearbox back in, just waiting on my ECU from harvey then its just 4 wheel allignment change the oils give it a spanner check and bufty it before saturday morning!
Getting excited know missed it last year due to it clashing with the SRC, hope it stays dry for the slicks tho!

i have taken one of the last minute track slots at 9am, will be in the place for 8am for the briefing but coming off track around 9.20 so will this be a problem for the stand

im ready but been let down over tickets and stand passes not saying what club did this to me
well peed off no major peed off so no club stand for me nor ticket soooooo peeeded
why cant some men do their jobs, and dont want me there as im a female with a cossie
so peed offffffff

I'm cleaning the car and will be packing shortly.
Driving off at 4.30 A.M tomorow from Holland with XRRS-members total 7cars.

not me! My pals and me spend a couple of nights after work cleaning the cos to find out tuesday night the mot ran out a month ago lol got mot today so fingers crossed

took car out for some testing last night,drove ok,slight oil leak from sandwich plate i can cope with,will be giving it a clean today as on a 7-6 shift tomorrow so wont get time to clean it

Exercised the Autoglym creams and lotions, filled up with fuel, tickets and pass in the car ready. Now to charge camera, organise some picnic... My first show this year (been a tough one!) but really looking to meeting many friends again, especially Steve (1-PD).

I wasn't going to do Ford Fair as my lass is pregnant, and was due Wednesday gone and there's still no baby arrived
Now that it's actually here I really want to go. I've got hold of a stand pass etc.
So question is should I take a chance and go knowing I live 4hours away, but realistically could do the journey home in under 3 hours if needs be?

there is a 12 noon meet planned on the stand where PF staff will be to answer any questions and a quick chat as we dont want to spoil the day for any of you

I'm Finding My Feet Here Now
Spent the past 4 hours washing, polishing and waxing the Fiesta RS, removed the wheels and cleaned all the arches and wheels and detailed up the engine bay too...
Fuelled up, oil and water levels checked and it's now parked on the drive ready for the drive up. Can't wait!

Due to unforeseen circumstances the link road between Whittlebury Park campsite and Silverstone Circuit will be closed this weekend. For those of you entering the venue via Whittlebury Park please be advised to use the main entrance via the A43
