MOT emmissions question??

just had my golf vr6 1992 MOT'd it passed on the CO emmissions at 0.91% non catalyst test even though its got a CAT on it thats new.

i thought the CO emmissions pass was below 0.30 % or am i wrong??

At the year is it its CAT test exempt

so is 0.91% actually 0.91co or am i wrong? ive got a brand new catalytic on the car as well.

If it fails the bet (basic emissions test) the computer asks if the car was first used before a date in 1995 and if it was then it only has to be below 3.50 to pass.
