Default Holding the flywheel

Hi all.

Does anyone know what to use to hold the flywheel on a mk4 1.25 fiesta? I can't seem to find any specific locking tools for a mk4 fiesta?

Cheers, Jason

Don't know about the Fiesta but I usually put a long bolt through one of the bellhousing bolt holes and wedge a heel bar in to stop it turning

Spanner on the nut (socket won't work). A few sharp blows with a hammer should get it off it the nut previously hasn't been murdered on with an air gun.
