Is there anyway i can find out if a mk2 escort is still around. It was my bosses rallycar years back. Just wondering if its alive or been scrapped. Reg VWL 200R

Its not even showing on dvla enquiry so maybe a goner

Does it say what the car was a i.e normal mk2 or rs in the photo it has a flat front white with a red bit starting at the front of the wing at the top where the bonnet meets the grill and runs to the rear it might of just been the colour he wanted.

Wow, lovely to find an old car and seeing it be used like that.

I had a bloke contact me a while back who had bought a 911 thinking it was 100% standard and lived a quiet life, by chance he took it to a mechanic I had used and he said he had looked after it whilst I raced it for a few years...lol, the bloke was shocked but got over it, I sent him a pic of it smoking the tyres through a corner with a wheel off the ground and his son has it blown up as a poster.

Hi,
The first picture reports to 1982 rally of Portugal best portuguese and 4th overall.
He (the car) aged well, never roll over.
Now days recentely restored in red portuguese plates

That photo must have been taken a while back as it did'nt have the rally spotlights fitted which an out and out rally car would have?
