I only have one pump (Bosch 044) but the line from the tank goes into a "T" piece then 2 90 degree bend into the filters out the filters into 2 more 90 degree bends coming together into another "T" piece to feed the Bosch 044 pump. this way if one of the filters gets clogged with gunge in the fuel it will still run fine! and also flows very well as normally the resistance of the filter is halved. ( I am only running about 185bhp but thinking of N20 for short burst overtaking power! that should be enough in a fiesta!

o right cool thought you ment twin pumps mines going tank to pump to filter to center of the rail then will return iver end of the rail to the reg then back to tank

Sorry I got that wrong it was more near 3k

Everything brought new

Pro alloy fuel cell
Tank mounting platform
External swirl pot
X2 044's
X2 filters
Pump and filter holder ( its an alloy jobbie that bolts up to the pumps and filter so it houses the pumps ) if you know what I mean
Earls aero quip fitting (and there are fuck loads of them
Bulk head fittings
Braided lines
Sitec fuel pressure regulator (with sight glass)
Siemens injectors

And I will be just over 500 bhp

Same setup as mine but ime running a aeromotive a1000 pump instead of a 044. Have you got any photos of your car? Is it the red one with all the carbon bits that was on performance trims stand at fiesta in the park the other year?

Havent even started yet lol i have all the bits but need the 2 poster at work for 2 days to give my self enough time! im hopeing to do it next week or the week after. The only thing that will take a bit of time is securing the fuel pipes to the under side of the car ive got -6 and -8 alloy clamps from torques but will need to weld m6 studs along the underside of the car for them to bolt on to so no great drama
