Can you map a n/a car without map/maf?

Just reading my emerald and it says in map sensor settings that its not in use. its a race car by the way so dont use Iscv either?

when you say speed you mean RPM?

yes is the answer, tps is used instead verses rpm, tends to be used for bodies as ITB's pulse and require a chamber to smooth it out.
perfectly fine, more sensors mean more scope to get more power/smoothness, but also more work for little gains in some cases.
