Hi I'm changing both inlet and exhaust manifolds and wondered if there was anything in particular that I should know before diving in and ruining my car. Thanks a lot.

just be very careful not to touch the manifold as you will melt your skin
but if you use a long extension you should be ok

Thanks aajbarker would you suggest any other areas to lubricate as there will be a lot of fingering and fettling going on. Haha not up for melting my arms I don't think so I'll be sure to use an extension. Thanks mate.
