has anyone used this product before? i cant work out from the description if it is solid or flexible? can it be bent and will it hold its shape? any help would be great

Sounds good, will order some now 
JamesH, i did have a look at yours but i need mine to fit around my strut brace and i will need a little bit for my old mans triumph,

Very easy to use! Mine took 5 mins (as you can probably tell 
) as I was in a rush but will deffo order some more and create something a little more aesthetically pleasing.
