Default yb fuel system / reg pics

Ive almost got all the bits togther to fully areo quip my fuel system had my spare tank modded to take aero fittings so looking for some pics to see what others have done! ive had a standard 2wd rail modded with fittings brazed on im looking to see what others have done and where you have mounted your fuel regs and what reg you have used. Also what have people done with there fuel pump / filter cradle? i have a new filter / mount and a nice ally mount for my pump so going to make a simple looking stainless cradle i think

Mark, why do you think your seeing so many problems as this is what we use regularly with success?

Could it be the boost levels your running affecting the diaphragm like the original 2wds do, as we only go to 32-34psi.

Really strange as I've never experienced that. Just done gaz's 635hp engine which was 32psi boost with a static of 60psi FP and it held bang on 92psi.

while the "fuel experts" are here, can saph 4x4 fuel pressure regulators be rebuilt?

If not are there adaptors to fit a 2wd style one or is it a complete (and expensive) fuel rail change as well?

Changing to centre entry with twin returns is a good mod while you have the chance.
The regulator sits where the map sensor did. Ive no idea what it is but not a Automottive i assume .

I use and have been selling Aeromotive regs without any problems for years, guess what reg my Escort has? Be aware of cheap copies though, they do look pretty well identical.
