Does anyone on here have a lexus is200?i was just wondering if they can be mapped its a petrol version on a 1999 plate

I have one mate, I looked in to it and no remaps available for them... There's a supercharger kit for them tho...one on eBay a while back for 2k with appx power gain of 50hp

Hi its not for me its for my friend lol.We went to look at a red is300 in bradford for it and wanted 2995 for it on a 51 plate with 50 thou on the clock.It had no tax and test on it and was an auto,loads of dings in the body work and water ingress in the passenger head light.My mate was looking at trading his std looking green lexus is200 against it and the bloke was looking at my friends car uming and arghing at it and said no lol.My mates lexus was mint compared to this red is300 he only wanted it because it was a is300 they are surposed to be rare or something

Thats alot of wonga for not alot of gain lol.I read some where before that a company in switzerland does an eprom chip thats surposed to take the car to 175bhp but it was on a forum and i had to sign up to it to read the whole thing.

Not herd of that,someone on the is200 forum had his "cams chipped" lol
Basically someone adjusted the cam timing so the vvt came in at a lower rpm which sounds aload of bollocks to me!!
