Default Pop from exhaust.... when turning off

WTF?

Does this mean I still have loads of fuel going through when the spark goes out?

as Mr.Teabag asked, EFI car or MFi

you should have NO fuel ignition after turn off with an EFI car, but MFI may still have some (faulty) pressure in the system

but equaly should not have spark to ignite!

Cosworth with l8 msd chip with antilag board and wasted spark.

When i turn it off it either pops or revs up a little.
